Our manual is designed as a learning and treatment guide for the eight most common medical emergencies that may occur in the dental practice. As well as easy-to-follow guidance the manual details drug indications and appropriate dosages. Devised to compliment annual CPD training required by the GDC, the manual promotes the team approach to dealing with medical emergencies.
Conditions covered include, asthma, cardiac emegencies, diabetes, epilepsy/seizures as well as detailed guidance on CPR and the safe use of an AED.
